Your Mind is a Temple

A lot of people in the athletic world embrace the old saying that your body is a temple. This principle reminds them to carefully consider everything you put into your body, and that if you ingest unhealthy food and drink you’ll never realize your physical potential.

I would bet that most athletes and bodybuilders who repeat this phrase aren’t aware that it comes from a bible verse:

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

There is also this passage in Romans which hits even deeper:

Romans 12:1-2
1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

While it’s true that your body is a temple and should be treated with the highest respect, it’s even more important to defend the sanctity of your mind.

In this modern world which by all appearances is governed by the Sons of Satan, we are continually bombarded from all sides with mental and spiritual poison. It’s a truly rare man who can resist these attacks and maintain his dignity, purity, and respectability. We are surrounded with people who seem to be on autopilot, lacking an internal locus of control, and bandied about by exterior forces. It takes strength to break from the herd.

The temptations can be very seductive. The best propaganda is subtle, wrapped in layers of pleasing and entertaining delivery. It is relaxing to sit back on the couch and just let the sounds and images from your home theater system wash over you and lull you into a hypnotized state.

There have been thousands of studies on chronic television usage and many of them have concluded that TV is one of the most insidious tools ever invented for inducing a mass hypnosis and brainwashing effect. It literally changes the way people think, their deeply held opinions, and their behavior. And it works with its victims never being fully aware of what’s happening to them. Ask any  TV addict if it controls the way they think, or if they are persuaded to buy  products by TV commercials. They will get defensive and vehemently deny that it has any effect on them. They will insist that, while all those other lemmings are being brainwashed, their thoughts are their own and they are impervious to such crude persuasion methods.

They are lying to protect their egos. The simple fact is that if television commercials didn’t work, advertisers wouldn’t spend billions on them each year. They conduct rigorous studies that have well-proven the efficacy of the medium. And the programming itself is far more effective than the commercials at instilling the desired thoughts and beliefs in its subjects. Those who can’t readily identify the propaganda they are receiving in a given television program are the most susceptible to it. Hearing people claim that they are able to enjoy television without being brainwashed is like hearing alcoholics or smokers claim they could quit any time if they wanted to. It’s pathetic self-delusion.

These days with our smorgasbord of entertainment options, television is only the tip of the iceberg. The self-nullifying propaganda of our elites has found many more forms of expression. The thought virus that seeks to eradicate truth and beauty has invaded all media and entertainment. Movies, music, books, video games, comics, sports, newsmedia, stand up comedy, websites, Youtube videos, social media, it’s in literally everything that is backed by financial interests. What’s worse, the armies of brainwashed slaves have begun to create their own indoctrination content via social media, thus doing their masters’ work for them and replicating the thought virus exponentially via peer-to-peer networks.

It is more important than ever to protect your mind and treat it like a holy temple where destructive, nihilistic, and self-defeating ideas are not permitted to enter. It’s also more of a challenge than ever before, because passive entertainment has become such an ingrained aspect of our “culture”.

Much like an athlete preparing for competition, we must carefully screen everything that occupies our thoughts, and reject it if it’s not beneficial. This necessarily means eliminating all television, movies, sports, and video games. It means being very selective about the literature we read and the music we listen to. For the most part, we must go back in time by at least 70 years to find entertainment that wasn’t specifically designed to weaken us.

Every time this subject comes up, the addicts come out of the woodwork to attack and defend their chosen forms of entertainment. They might even agree that most media is pozzed, but they insist that their favorites are not. They might even admit that the stuff they watch and listen to is damaging but they  will claim that it doesn’t effect them, or they will try to minimize it by saying “relax, it’s just mindless entertainment, I only do it to unwind after work!”. The heroin addict has many of the same excuses chambered and ready to fire off.

The only way to Make Entertainment Great Again is to start producing more of it ourselves. The timing is right for a mass renaissance of creative art forms celebrating truth and beauty, and rejecting the nihilistic pozz. But when it comes to mainstream culture, NONE of it is out of their reach. NONE of it is underutilized as a control vector for the Hostile Alien Elite. You should not be watching ANY movies, television, sports, or news broadcasts. You should not be reading modern fiction, newspapers, comic books, pop psychology, or university studies. You should not be listening to any modern music, especially the kind with sung lyrics. There are plenty of classical works in music and  literature to choose from that fill the soul with wondrous satisfaction. There is so much good material already produced by our forebears from a better age, that it would be impossible to exhaust it all in a lifetime.

Ignore this advice at your own peril. If you wish to go forward as a founder of the new world, you must treat your mind as a temple, and eliminate toxic poisons from it just as you do with your body. It may be a long process to change old habits and achieve spiritual purity but it’s worth every effort.
